This meeting was affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. Two speakers and some delegates had to cancel last minute. However, the meeting went ahead and was much enjoyed by those who attended. Many thanks to our speakers and delegates who helped make this meeting a success despite the changes beyond our control.

Being an actuary, I found all the sessions very interesting and a different perspective of looking at pensions. It helped to view the whole issue more widely and from the end user experience too

Expanding one’s pension niche
Generally, all presenters were really engaging in their respective topics
Great range of topics, intimate setting that gives room to proper conversations with network participants
Hearing subjects discussed from varying points of view
I could have listened to Malcolm Kerr all night – excellent piece
Learning more on the impacts of longevity through the panel discussion and with networking with attendees
Lots to consider regarding: 1) My own workplace, 2) Advise to clients and how this is relayed to clients

Two take-aways: 1) Leadership & Culture aspects – Malcolm Kerr 2) Respect for the elderly – John Moret. We all will get there one day and should never forget that!
